GLOBE POINT ALMOST FULLY LET AS SIXTH NEW TENANT SECURED
International law firm Gowling WLG is moving into the fifth floor at Globe Point in Leeds on a long-term lease.
Relocating from Park Row in the city, Gowling WLG will occupy a 4,477 sq ft suite with a dedicated exterior 1,970 sq ft terrace. The company is the sixth tenant to sign up at the striking flat iron building in Temple Leeds, which lies less than a five-minute walk from Leeds City Station’s southern entrance.
The high-quality workspace and terrace, along with the building’s ESG credentials and ground floor amenity, event and food and drink space, attracted the global firm.

The company joins law firm, Reed Smith, brand design agency Robot Foods, marketing and data science company Jaywing, Specialist Computer Centres (SCC) part of the global Rigby Group, and Eleven the 65-cover ground floor café bar.
As a result of this latest deal, only 12,957 sq ft remains at the 40,430 sq ft seven-storey office development. Available as an entire 6,500 sq ft floor or as individual suites from 2,000 sq ft, once fully occupied, Globe Point will be home to more than 450 people.
Designed to BREEAM Excellent, the workspace maximises natural daylight to deliver healthy, flexible workspaces. Globe Point has also achieved WiredScore Platinum certification, the highest possible level of accreditation which only around 10% of worldwide buildings have achieved. The independent accreditation means a building has been designed as best in class, supporting customers with best-in-class technological capacity, internet and mobile connectivity, digital infrastructure resilience, security and future proofing.
