Multi-million pound refurbishment unveils headquarters office building in Birchwood

CEG has managed the comprehensive multi-million refurbishment of an office complex at Birchwood Park in Warrington, with the new space being unveiled at an event.

As part of the refurbishment, CEG has rebranded the new look development. Previously known as The Beacons, the complex of three self-contained offices are now called Concentric.

The first unit offers 6,500 sq ft of the highest quality workspace over two floors, along with 27 car parking spaces, at a quoting rent of £18.00psf pax.

The second is already let to ABS Consulting and the third provides 9,370 sq ft over two-floors, which can be subdivided into smaller offices, as well as an impressive doubled-height ground floor reception befitting of a new headquarters. Secure cycle parking, showers, lockers and 41 car parking spaces are also provided. The quoting rent is £18.50psf pax.

Ultimate Office Solutions undertook the refurbishment on behalf of CEG, delivering LED lighting, new energy efficient studio-controlled air conditioning and high-quality showers, toilet, lifts, kitchenettes and disabled facilities.

Avison Young and JLL are appointed to market the buildings. Unit A is available as a self-contained office headquarters and Unit C can be taken in its entirety or in suites from 4,500 sq ft on flexible terms.
